A. SHIPPING COSTS

Rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

B. TRANSIT & HANDLING

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Cut-off Time: 5 PM EST (New York).
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS

We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for shipping.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering. Once in transit, changes are unavailable.

E. CANCELLATIONS

Cancel orders before dispatch. If dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS

Reject damaged parcels if possible. For delivered damage, contact customer service immediately.

G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

  • Processing: 1–2 business days, may include delays.
  • Transit: 1–5 business days (varies by manufacturer location).
  • Tracking: Sent via email after dispatch.
  • Coordination: Fulfilled by external partners; we communicate delays promptly.

H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy applies to USA orders. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, with customers responsible for compliance.
